What can you expect?
Envision Your Journey is a self-paced course that allows you to explore who you are know, who you'll become, and it will provide you the tools to create the clear map to your healthy lifestyle.
Cheryl is a Wellness Coach and Goal Strategist who, in working with clients in a variety of settings, knows how vital it is for her clients to be clear on their goals. She helps her clients hit their health and wellness strides and guide them toward their optimal wellness visions. Through provide the tools and strategies to reach sustained success.
She began her personal wellness journey as a student with Zumba Fitness and hasn't stopped moving since. Zumba Fitness was the catalyst for her change and has become the gateway to other areas of fitness for her. In addition to actively teaching Zumba Fitness classes, she has obtained certifications in personal training from the American College of Sports Medicine along with health coaching, fitness nutrition, and weight management certification through the American Council on Exercise. All of the certifications that she has obtained serve two purposes: to deepen her knowledge base and to be the catalyst for change in another person’s life.
